Had my hair coloured and cut today I was so happy with my hair Gill corrected my colour to perfection my hair hasn’t felt this health in a long time. Lovely salon the girls made you feel so relaxed and I am someone that hates sitting in a hairdressers but it was nothing like that, I would recommend to anyone.

Needed a new hairdresser after my previous one got sloppy with my highlights and had low attention to detail on cut. Gill at Luke James couldn’t be further from this! As I have curly hair I need a lot of layers and Gill put plenty in and I really appreciated that she kept checking I was happy with what she was doing and discussed it throughout. Wow what can I say absolutely fantastic service today from Gill and Karen. Gill is very passionate about what she does you can tell by the way she talks you through every process my hair was a mess when I walked in damaged and many colours from years of box dyes Gill was honest she told me upfront the cost and level of work and cut I would need nothing was to much trouble I couldn't be happier I left looking like a new woman and my little girl was over the moon with her cut she can't for it to grow so she can go back and get Gill to cut it again hahaha we will definitely be back thanks so much Gill. Best haircut I’ve ever had! Gill was honest and upfront about the damage to my hair and we agreed on a pretty drastic cut but I absolutely love it! She’s really thorough and passionate about what she does, she gave me loads of advice on how to look after my hair too throughout the cut. Can’t wait to go back for my highlights!
