   Like all the previous reviews I have experienced exactly the same. They are a bunch of crooks. Took my money then cancelled the order and said they had refunded the money but had not. I am now trying to recover this via my credit card company . Should have negative stars

   I would usually consider myself quite savvy when it comes to online purchases, so not sure why I went so wrong with this company. I suppose the item I was after, at a reasonable price and being part of googles sponsored links didn't even lead me to question it. If this, along with the other reviews can save at least another person the pain of having their money stolen then it will br worth it. Item ordered and a few days later the order was 'cancelled at my request'. Well I didn't cancel it, they did and I would have expected a refund for not supplying the goods. Waited a week, nothing. Messaged them on whats app, nothing. Emailed them, nothing. Only saving grace is paid for via credit card so a S75 claim lodged with my CC company. Please do not me tempted, avoid at all costs and shop with a reputable retailer.

   THIS COMPANY ARE COMPLETE SCAM MERCHANTS..Ignore the good reviews, they are very dubious. Ordered furniture, and they canceled the order. No refund. Now trying to deal with it through my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The business addresses for the owners are a building site and a terraced house in WAKEFIELD. Computer-generated response..We have lost £237 "Hello, I regret to inform you that, due to some unforeseen challenges, we have had to cancel your order. The refund for your order will be returned to the same method of payment you used when placing the order. Please note that the processing time for the refund may take few business days, depending on your bank's processing time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.    The worst, do not purchase! After ordering online they gave me no anticipated delivery date, I followed up a few weeks later and received a huge apology...that was definitely copied and passed from a template....still no update on my delivery date. Then they started ignoring my emails. Had to go via the bank to claim back as a scam and now, 2 weeks after the bank gave me my money back they have cancelled my order due to 'unforeseen challenges'. Meanwhile ordered from Wayfair and have regular updates and confirmation of delivery date. Stay away!

   This company is either going, bankrupt or a scam company. DO NOT order anything from them. They will take your money, you’ll receive nothing and you’ll be unable to get hold of them to get your money back Nearly all of their recent reviews are 1* star reviews left by people like me currently going through the ‘charge back’ procedure with my bank to try and recover my hard earned money Amazingly, you can still order from their website ! Don’t do it otherwise you’ll be on here yourself leaving a 1* review in 4 to 6 weeks time. You’ve been warned !
