I trusted her judgement and I am so glad I did because the results are amazing!! She is so knowledgeable and does her best to care for your hair throughout.    I had an appointment booked for 11, a little miss communication led to that appointment made for just a fringe trim rather than a full cut, thankfully Molly had some space and I got my full cut, and I love it! Thank you so much Molly! I'm usually a once a year haircut type of girl but Saks chester is building my trust in salon visits again!

   I have been covering up my grey hair for many years and have decided enough is enough. Danielle was excellent in explaining the right option for me - I don’t want to just grow out the colour and have hideous root growth!! She did a great job, I gave Danielle a bit of free rein in the cut and had quite a lot cut off which is great. I thoroughly enjoyed the first part of the process and look forward to my next appointment.

We will happily revisit. Nice atmosphere. Children’s rates which is rare these days. And it’s an award winning salon which comes highly recommended so thank you!

   Lovely staff, everyone's super friendly and professional. Danielle saved my hair from being a bleach fried crispy mess, and turned it into a super sharp short bob. Patience of a saint, haha. 10/10 service, 10/10 skills. Never left the salon feeling anything other than fabulous.

   Absolutely fantastic Salon. All staff are friendly and welcoming and the salon is lovely, bright and spacious. Ellie cut my daughters hair yesterday. She is a true professional and so lovely. My daughter felt like a princess having her hair washed, cut, blow dried and styled. Would definitely recommend a visit.
