    Did not listen to the brief , went from long to short Six weeks ago really happy took into account I have double crown and cow lick kept the weight on top , went back for a trim wash cut and blow on Saturday, OMG short layers on double crown as well as on the supposed heavy front can’t even rest head on back of chair unless I go fix it again with brush and hairdryer. Is going to take months before it comes under control again. Too busy talking to each other than listening to the PAYING customer. Never again . And I think it was the owner who did it . Also took my sister on same day she got butchered worse than me . So NO don’t GO
