I have been with this care agency for almost two years. Every member of there care team I have met have always showed me respect, empathy and kindness. From my point of view, when your being washed and dressed it's important that you feel comfortable with a carer. The carers I get always make me feel comfortable, just by talk and knowing what my routine is and not rushing my visit. I also like I get to see management, you get to know them and they get to know me. Makes all the difference when I phone the office to Change a time for a hospital appointment. I had to give five stars because I just can't give less, because there's never ever been any problems with Routes for me over nearly 2 years I have been with them.
