   I had a hybrid system failure and wanted expert diagnostics from this place. The mechanic said £30 for a diagnostic check. I was a little taken back but i thought maybe they will do a live diagnostic of the battery as these checks are not the same as the generic checks. All he did was read the codes from a normal check. I could have done that at home because i have that machine too. Anyway, thats £30 i didnt need to waste.

   I visited LHA on the 31/05/2025, and I was really impressed by the politeness, friendliness and service that was provided. They changed my hybrid battery for my lexus ct200h swiftly, when it was extremely busy with other customers flooding in before and after myself. But they kept me well informed, completed the work infront of me and made me feel at ease. Also recieved a signed warranty receipt for the work completed. What I also loved was the atmosphere and the friendship along with respect they all have for one another. All so helpful and willing to put in a shift for one another. Will definitely be back - thank you for your help.

   Not a good experience at all. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. I received three different estimates from three different people at the same shop. When the work was finally done, the wrong parts were installed. I had to go back, but they kept insisting the parts were fine and told me to get the tracking done, which turned out to be unnecessary and waste of money. Only after that did they check the parts again and realise they had installed the wrong ones. This whole process wasted both my time and money. If you visit this place, only deal with the senior technicians. Avoid the two front-desk guys, they have no idea what they’re doing and will just waste your time and money.

   We were impressed with the four people who work here and made us feel very welcome. They were so nice and fun and went out of their way to give us power steering fluid and even offered us a cup! They went out of their way to get us back on the road in time for the festival and had the car fixed in record time for £20. I highly recommend this place.
