   Visited today for the first time and unfortunately the last. Although Racheal was welcoming and friendly, I have left the salon absolutely dissatisfied. I showed Racheal multiple pictures and explained how I wanted a light creamy blonde. Not only having to spend nearly 5 hours here I have still came home regretting going in the first place. I understand people can make mistakes and things happen (human error) but to enter a salon blonde and leave mousey brown is unacceptable especially I showed Rachel multiple pictures and explained how I wanted a light creamy blonde. I have somehow ended up with a muddy beige colour with brown tips, this was after having two toners and a bleach bath (unnecessary damage). Would never visit again.

   I ordered my friend who has just been diagnosed with breast cancer a treat of a wash cut and blow through groupon i am so upset that what she received was a total mess the girl that was meant to cut her hair left it that bad my friends daughter had to cut it to make it look a bit decent and she didn't even dry it properly the man who runs the shop noticed it when my friend was leaving how awful to be treated like that I am so angry she got told when booking that a trainee would be cutting her hair and my friend asked the person on the phone if she was ok cutting short hair which they told her she was i just wanted to do something ice for her while she is going through this horrible time in her life and it was completely ruined

   I bought a ticket through Groupon and after 1 year without cutting my hair, today I went to have it cut. and the service was incredible, Leanne attended to me, kind, careful, and detailed. I loved it! and I will definitely come back. I recommend this service. and I loved my experience, they are very kind, and super professional. Thanks

   One of the best salons I've been in! Lilly was in charge of dying my hair from brown to pink and the result was fantastic! I paid total £90 (inc the £34 Groupon voucher) but Lilly was thorough and caring with me and my hair, she did full head bleach, bleach bath, toner, deep conditioning treatments, full head colour, cut and blow-dry! The process took several hours but in the end my hair were absolutely transformed! Lilly kept smiling the entire time, thank you so so much Lilly for all your hard work! PS: I'm sorry if my English sounded a bit broken sometimes, I get it when I'm tired :P

   As somebody who normally hates the hairdressers, Mark Phillips salon has changed that. Rachel was bubbly, friendly and professional offering lots of specific advice to improve my hair. The other hairdressers also chatted and it felt like a little family. My hair colour and style was so beautiful. I am 100% happy with every aspect of my visit and I will return. Thank you to all the lovely staff.
