   Excellent company. We’ve purchased several Cosatto products now and are happy with everything. I recently contacted them to repair some wear and tear on my pram (had it 3 years and still within the warranty) and they sent me out a brand new replacement. The whole process from reporting the issue, to DPD collecting it to then delivering the new one was just under 2 weeks which I think is excellent & Cosatto kept in touch throughout this process.

   Worst stroller I’ve ever used. It was faulty from the moment I started using it. The brake would lock on its own which happened to me once crossing the road which is so dangerous, the front wheels lock on their own, the whole stroller also was lobsided (which so many people pointed out to me) and the button to open up the pram was always jammed. When I contacted them their process was to take the stroller for inspection which would’ve meant I was left without a stroller which wasn’t possible for me as I need to use it every day. I ended up completely giving up and finally getting rid of the stroller once I had money to buy a different one from somewhere else. Also to add it’s so noisy, I only bought this a few months ago and the wheels constantly squeak.

   Delivery has been delayed twice and arrived slightly damaged. However, I had no issues to get a replacement and all explanation and instructions how to change that part. Too soon to say about quality, however looks lovely and feels good. Not those plastic, cheap looking travel systems. Still for very competitive price.

   We u fortunately had our car stolen with our beautiful Wow 3 Whisper in it. Cosatto couldn't have been anymore sympathetic to our story, firstly offering a voucher and then sending us a free part to complete our second hand Cosatto we purchased elsewhere. Amazing customer service, would absolutely buy equipment again in the future! In particular, Kerrie was amazing! Please pass this feedback on to her! One less stressed Mama!

   What an amazing company. The giggle travel system we bought for our daughter was a dream and looked just as pristine and funky when we got it out of the loft to use with our son, however we've found a couple of issues and needed replacement parts. Despite being a discontinued pattern, we were able to order the bits we needed. The team at cosatto went above and beyond to help and everything arrived pretty much the next day. They've been unbelievable each time we've contacted them and you can tell it's a small but tightly run team by the level of personalised customer service they are able to provide. We really can't thank you enough.

   We bought a baby car seat that worked perfectly, for a while. We noticed one day that the baby car seat no longer turned freely as it was hard against the backrest of the car seat. We tried 2 different baby seats to make sure that the backrest wasn’t the issue and these both left a space to turn freely. Cosatto collected the seat for inspection, only to return it stating that they had lubricated it. Lubrication is not the problem. We have sent them videos of the seat being hard against the backrest and they simply do not want to know. Either the baby seat is meant to be hard against the backrest making it difficult to turn and giving our son very little room and making it not fit for purpose (it wasn’t this way for the first few months of use). Or the seat is faulty. Which one is it cosatto? When these seats work they are extremely good, as soon as something goes wrong the experience is a complete nightmare.

   Order the car seat on pre-order and it came even quicker than the preview said it would. Which was a lovely surprise! The pattern is beautiful and it looks so soft and comfy. The 360/rotation feature is easy to use and works really well. The car seat was really easy to install and it looks sturdy and reliable. Definitely recommend!!

   I needed a stroller for my little boy to go to nursery in and I loved the colourful design on the Supa Go Spectroluxe. When it arrived I fell in love with it straight away. It handles so well, easily folded down and I love the pocket in the hood and the fact that you can unzip it and the hood pulls really far down to protect them from the elements. I've only tried the raincover once (I know, shock horror with the British summer) but it fits well. I also got it for a bargain price of less than 50 pound which I was very chuffed with. I've recommended it to so many friends and people comment on it when we're out and about. Thank you

   I have the giggle 2 in 1 travel system from Cosatto and it is amazing. I love that the carrycot converts to a seat as your baby gets older which saves so much space. It so well padded and comfortable, really luxurious! It is really lightweight, easy to push and such a smooth ride. As you will see from my photographs, its good on all kinds of terrain. It also folds down like a dream which is so important for me. I have the lunaria design, the colours are just beautiful and my baby boy is absolutely mesmerised by the pattern and makes cooing noises and appears so happy when looking at it. Beautfiul travel system and the car seat is also so good, and comes with adaptors to attach it to the pram. Everyone comments on my pram when im out walking. I highly recommend this and you wont be dissapointed.
