   My daughter was in the preschool and toddler rooms and we honestly couldn't have picked a better nursery. She was three when she started and had never been away from me before so I was anxious about that. She's also a very quiet and sensitive child and I was worried that she'd just be left alone in the background of all the more boisterous kids but the staff in both rooms worked so hard to bond with her and get to know her. At pick up they'd mention things about her that you'd only know from spending time with her 1-1, little quirks that until then only myself and her father knew. If she wanted a cuddle she got one and she formed some really good relationships with the girls in the rooms. She has very much enjoyed her time here and I wish we had sent her sooner!

   Mulberry bush Dumers Lane have been incredible with my little girl. Nursery can be such a daunting time leaving your little one but I felt at ease instantly . The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the building itself is so bright and open. My little girls time at Dumers lane is now finished but the memories and education she has will stay with her forever. Thank you for making the experience a special one for my girl. We will miss this nursery & the staff.

   So honoured to leave a review but sad because it means it’s the end for our daughter Mila. The journey we have been on with our daughter being diagnosed with Autism has been very difficult and if it weren’t for the support from Shouna, Gemma, Kelsie, Charlotte and others along the way I don’t think we would be where we are today! These ladies have felt more like family and friends at times and the level of care and help we’ve received has made a mark on our hearts that we’ll carry forever. Thank you Mulberry Bush Dumers Lane for always supporting, helping, caring and believing in our daughter and us the way you have. We will miss you!!!

My son started at this wonderful nursery when he was non-verbal and significantly behind in his development.    I've been sending my children to Mulberry Bush (Dumers Lane) since 2018 and I'd never consider another nursery. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, they form such a personal bond with the children. I feel happy and comfortable that they are there for my children whilst im work to give them many experiences (and cuddles!) When my 3rd child came along there was no question that I would also be sending him to Mulberry. They have external agencies come in to teach them languages, see different animals and even visits from the emergency services. They are outstanding in every area especially with safeguarding.

   There is a reason this nursery is classed as Outstanding by Ofsted. Everything from the facilities to the staff, to the communication is phenomenal. My toddler is currently attending preschool and has been with the nursery for over a year. They have encouraged her to toilet train, become an independent adventurous eater and aided her in becoming her own little person even with her quirky personality traits! I am that impressed by this nursery after my second child I have returned to work early. Knowing she will be more than looked after! I genuinely couldn’t recommend this nursery anymore from the management team including Shouna and Laura, to Shelley and Nicole in toddlers and Toni, Kelsey, Una, Poonam and Jade in preschool. Devon, Kaitlin, Stacey and Lauren in the baby room are also incredible. My little girl attends an early drop off and Kaitlin and Nicole are just wonderful! There are too many staff to mention on one review! Thank you Mulberry for making what is a really hard situation leaving your child to be able to work a carefree and pleasant experience!

   Awful absolutely awful nursery. Your outstanding rating means absolutely nothing when all your staff are incompetent and bullies. My child was only at your nursery a few days and you managed to purposely harm my child. You also had no explanation why and how it happened. When this matter was reported to you instead of investigating, you focused all your energy to make the parent assume that the incident was pretty much non existent and to squash it all. From ground staff to your MD all are pathetic women championing their nursery and how great their staff are. Well i tell you what, your nursery is awful, there is nothing elite there that you offer that you can’t get elsewhere. To all parents, your child will not be safe here. If anything happens to them the team at the nursery will have each others backs and will defend each other. I have never met such awful people ever before, and to think vulnerable children actually go here makes me extremely worried. This nursery has safeguarding issues which needs investigating properly.

   Our son went here for nearly three years and we can't praise them enough! The love, care and support they've shown to our son since he started there has been second to none, plus the extra send provisions they had in place to meet our sons requirements. They really couldn't do enough for kristian and helped support us through very stressful times finding sen provisions and getting everything in place, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities for kids are brilliant!

   My daughter has been attending mulberry bush (Dumers lane) nursery since it's very first operational day. I had spent a very emotional time deciding when and how to return to work and also how I was going to workout childcare. I began to look at nurseries in my area and through speaking to other parents and friends mulberry bush kept recurring. I contacted them and from that day on we haven't looked back. The staff have always been friendly, informative and above all understand what it's like to have to make some of the decisions as you return to work and the feelings both you and your child have. My daughter is blossoming and I can go off to work knowing she is in a safe, happy, caring environment. Thank you.
