Lovely down to earth girls. Made a pleasant experience for someone who doesn't like going to the hairdressers. Love my hair! I will be returning as a regular customer!
Was booked in with Tania and she did me SO RIGHT. Great service and really friendly atmosphere, really happy with my new hairstyle.
Have only been coming here for a couple of years after moving from London, but I will keep coming back! Tanya who does my hair is warm and friendly, as are all the staff TBH. I can always get an appointment when I need one, and I love the way Tanya does my hair. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend this place.
I was so gutted to have got up early and made my way to the salon this morning (after booking an appointment 2 weeks ago) to see that it was all shut. I didn’t receive an email or text to say they wouldn’t be open despite me having an appointment. This is the second time the salon has let me down, I had an appointment booked weeks in advance in October and I got rang up to say it was cancelled and I couldn’t be fit in, not even in the week. My mum goes to this salon and this also happened to her and she gave it another chance and she loves her hair. I thought I would give it a chance again but not now I’ve been let down twice. Luckily I found another hair dressers who have fit me in for in the week. Unfortunately if this happens to customers, they will just take their business elsewhere.
Hi Karen I was disappointed today as I had a hair appointment today and when I arrived it was closed, I did try ringing aswell. My daughter had an appointment last Saturday and came all the way from Devon and was let down too, don't know what to do Hi Karen hope been again today thankyou for sorting my appointment i eas made up again with alex she us fab! Brilliant hairdressers are OK, I didn't realise what had happened when I wrote the previous review as I don't have Facebook. I understand completely now why you were closed. And iam booked in Saturday with Alex. I really love how she does my hair
1st time at this salon ,was made total at ease ,staff where lovely , i had a complete restyle ,came out feeling a m illion dollar. It didnt cost the earth ,would highly recommend this salon will be going back .thank you for a lovely experience .
