Went for a cut and blow today, and was very pleased with the results. The hairdresser (Charlotte) did exactly as I asked, which is essential I think. I have been to a hairdresser not too far away, that did NOT listen and did their own thing. It is also, very reasonably priced here and I would recommend the salon to anyone.
Our appointment was at 11:15 but they made us wait until 45 past 11, after that for 4 hours, yes 4 hours they did highlights for short hair and they holded it in for almost two hours, i think the hair was about to fall off, they completly disregarded that i had to be somewhere and there was no need holding the hair for that long. Took too long and it didnt look nice. There was this other lady who has been there since 10 and only finished at 3, she had her head in the sink for an hour i felt sorry for her. Honestly this took too long and didnt turn out good at all. Id rather pay more to have the hair done properly and in less time.

Went for a cut and blow yesterday and went from long hair (mid back) to shoulder length. I love it. The stylist was lovely, did exactly what I asked for (I have been to places before when the stylist just did what they want) and really professional. I even really enjoyed the wash and I could of had a little nap whilst having the head massage. Will definitely be returning.
