   I had an amazing experience at Halfords! Greg and his team went over and above in sorting out my MOT and service. After a bad experience at the Thurrock branch, I had lost a lot of faith in Halfords—but this team are a great representation of what good service is supposed to look like . The level of care, professionalism, and genuine effort they put in was outstanding. There’s such a positive energy at this branch—you can really tell they care about their work and their customers. Greg and his team truly deserve to be commended for their excellent service. Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service!

   Very poor service. The receptionist wasn't friendly or helpful at all. The website allows people to book for wheel alignment but then the staff from the branch calls to cancel it because apparently they don't do it in this branch. I booked some other car checks as well and I called them many times before I made a 8 mile long journey. But no one answered the phone and when I arrived I received poor service and NO to everything. Wasted my time and journey. Definitely not recommended. Please avoid this place in order to avoid disappointment.

   Abdul was such a great help in allowing me to come into the branch at the last minute to sort an issue that was not resolved anywhere else and I could not book online. Through great patience and support in figuring out what repairs needed to be done, my car was fixed in a matter of days and the order arrived the day after. Greg the manager also displayed great professionalism. Whilst this is not my local Halfords Autocentre, it will be my regular now.

   If you want your car not to pass mot then this is the wright company for it. They will find every tiny single fault for you and its gonna cost u a fortune to fix them all to pass your mot. go small garage for mot not halfords. Halfords not a good idea at all.

   I have used them a few times, getting MOT and services. This time there was new staff. Drop off for full service. I got closing times mixed up and they called until they got me rather than lock my car in shop. And wasn’t grumpy when I got there. At least they didn’t show it. So sorry guys. But massive thanks guys, so appreciated as car is needed in this weather. God bleed you all.

   Good fast and reliable but had to chase the staff as I was told car would be ready by 3pm, at 3:30pm I tried to call and was on hold for a while to their central call centre, after a while I was put through and they said the car was being looked at. Would have appreciated them letting me know, as the car ended up being ready at 5pm.
