I went here on a strong recommendation from a family member as I had bought a large vintage winged chair in need of reupholstering. After a phone call, Mark picked it up and I explained what I wanted in detail. Just a week later, the old, worn chair was returned to me totally revitalised, and what struck me the most was that Mark had listened to all my specifications and completed them to the finest degree. I have used two upholsterers previously and they just don't compare to this level of quality. Everything is done with the minimum of fuss. I chose and bought my own fabric but they have their own large selection too and they don't mind what you choose to do. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable. Absolutely beautiful Ottoman - the quality is outstanding, l also ordered four larger cushions and they are the best cushions l have ever had.I had a few issues getting the material l wanted but Mark and the team kept me updated on the progress, they even sent lots if other samples to see if l preferred an alternative. Customer service is excellent.
I dealt recently with this company having never used them before. It's always a concern to part with decent amount of money for a product you can't see. However, I was delighted with the end product and extremely pleased to support British manufacturing. Highly recommended!
