Hi, I will not recommend Nirro. They are useless. I bought an Audi q3 door lock(actuator). I was told it’s the right unit for the car and matched the part number too. But before paying, I asked ‘what if it doesn’t fit’? The sales guy said, ‘bring it back and will refund’ The unit in my car has 9-pins and the unit that Nirro sold had only 8-pins. That’s the reason I requested for a refund. Sadly Nirro refusing a refund. This is very poor customer service and trading policy. I will never use Nirro again. Please don’t get caught to crooks like Nirro. Thanks
Was recommended to Nirro by my mechanic first time here. Purchased a carpart with ease. Called in, in stock collected within 30min no hassle. Highly recommend for specialist VW Group parts. 5 Star Service
Friendly service, however a 'reconditioned' turbo fitted to my A3 started failing after less than 18 months. I am not disappointed with the service received but with the sub-par quality of the reconditioned turbocharger, especially considering I have done around 5000 miles since it was replaced. The repair including the intercooler costed me over £1300.
After visiting three different Machanic’s who showed no knowledge or respect to my loving VW touran, which had electrical problems and egr issues, I was recommended Niro’s. Was told they where a German car specialist and mainly deal with electrical faults. Checked the reviews on hear and was quite shocked with ratings and some reviews. Even though I needed the problem solved and ignored the reviews and took my chances. I am so happy I did, the most of all is driving better than before. The team where so friendly and on point. Absolutely 100% would recommend.
Have been there on two occasion in last month, once to replace my aux heater and then to replace my bluetooth module. Liaised with jon, who was extremely patient, explained all the processes to me. So far both items appear to be working good. Both items supply and fit, reasonable prices for parts and labour.
Poor experience and service. Purchased a rear bumper which was described as like new with no dents or holes and a few minor scratches. The bumper arrived dented in numerous places and with a small hole in the middle. Meaning instead of having to pay for just a respray I then had to fork out on top for a full repair, smooth and respray. An image was supplied however was very small so couldn't see any real details, so trusted the word of the company. Only after pointing out where the hole was after receiving the item was I told 'You can see that in the image supplied' which was in fact false. If you did not know the location of the hole you would think it was just a small blemish. Contacted the company and was told that they would only partial refund me to the value of £20 which 'would cover repair costs'. £20 to repair a hole and smooth dents in a bumper? Have a laugh. The company did offer a full refund if i were to post the item back, however it was already handed to the repairs garage and repairs paid for. Not to mention I was not willing to pay for postage to return an item sold under false description. Staff were somewhat helpful over the phone, just a shame the experience was poor and item sold not as described. Overall professionalism of the experience was sub-par and would not recommend to anyone.
Bought some wheels on ebay, paid via paypal, good deal yes, called them to arrange collection and they said bring cash instead we will refund you paypal payment, i said ok, ill come tomorrow as i cant get 750quid from the cash machine in one go. Turned up with the cash next day and saw the wheels sitting behind the door to store. I said i here to collect those wheels, the guy said played dumb instantly "whats the item number, wheres the emails? we don't do business like that yeah" long story cut short, they said theyd refunded me so transaction cancelled and they had sold them to someone else for more. they said theyd let me know when they got another set in, 2 weeks later ive seen the same/similar set in and its now gone from 750 to 1350. Top it of that day i wasnt the only one who was spoken to rudely and had been given wrong/faulty items. They do have a good size-able set up, they are only screwing up their own business. I lost out on good deal, not gonna loose sleep over it. But when I googled them and read some forums ive realized many others have had negative experiences. SO hopefully this will save u some time and agro in the future.
