   Had a flat tyre driving home this afternoon 5th March...nowhere else could help with tyre replacement such as Kwik Fit one of the leading brands...never have my tyre in stock so I contacted Arrow Service Centre in Epping who are local to me and said for me to bring the car to see if it was repairable unfortunately it wasn't and they managed to get me a new tyre within 20 minutes fitted the tyre for me quickly and professionally . The staff are friendly and obliging and Cherise who organised the tyre replacement is great. Won't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them if you need this type of issue resolved.

   Do not use this garage. Took my car for a service found two problems that needed to be fixed which was fine. Took it to another local garage to fix those two problems and found more problems which were never picked up before. Either lack of knowledge or just could not be bothered to finish the whole service which cost me over £300.

   Lazy, Lack of knowledge! My car Had an Engine light due Faulty Actuator unit (part next to the Turbo) & they told me i will need a New turbo as well! (£2000+) with Actuator because it needs to be tuned with new “Actuator unit” apparently, HAHA! Im an Ex mechanic & did not fall for this as i know this was not true. I then took my car to another third party garage just like them & they changed the actuator for a new one & car has been running perfect every since. (Cost £250 with VAT :) Even had an Audi garage re-check it all after some miles & confirmed, all well. Just be careful what mechanic you use there, either check the mechanics knowledge or if suspicious don’t bother. Was nearly £2500+ out of pocket due to mechanics lack of knowledge!
