   Hark, gentle friend, and lend thine ear to a tale of woe from yon house of healing, which, in truth, is more a den of despair. I speak of the hospital, a place where shadows dwell and spirits wane. The food, fit only for swine, arrived late and cold, a mockery of sustenance. Sleep offered no escape, for the beds were hard, and the sounds of misery echoed through the night. Verily, I say, avoid this place, lest ye wish to surrender all hope and embrace the sweet release of death.

   Able bodied NHS staff use accessible spaces making it more challenging for physically disabled patients to access services. Lack of awareness or support for atypical patients, staff congregate in reception to chat adding to noise and reducing the seats for waiting patients. The accessible toilet is clean and tidy with study grab rails, and the reception desk has a low counter which enables wheelchair users to chat with staff without stretching up or peering over a high barrier. Quality of MH support varies greatly, I'm unable to recommend them.

   I tried to call (using my mobile phone) as my appointment was changed but the call never went through even though I have credit. And when I got my friend to try calling they actually answered. Was my number blocked for some reason?
