   Today myself and my partner went in to look at getting a swivel red chair that was discontinued online however we knew it was still in store as my partner had sat on it a many of times over the last few weeks/months. So we went on the off chance that it would still be on the shop floor. Jack helped us to the car with it to see if we could get it in, however it didn’t. He was patient with us while we figured out a plan to seek alternative transportation for said chair. As my partner had waited patiently hoping for it to go into a black Friday deal to get it at a cheaper price, now that it’s discontinued it would be this one now or never. Thank you once again Jack.

   Return policy is a scam. The receipt clearly states that ONLY personal and special order items cannot be returned. My mum tried to exchange an item clearly not in that catagory. Mum is 83 years old . She was informed by your hauty young manager that she had to check the policy online . 83 and doesn't own a computer, and has poor eyesight. Your store clearly harasses the elderly and abuses them . We'll done you .

   This place has definitely changed! And not for the better. Went upstairs to look at rugs & household goods,couldn't find what we were looking for,couldn't find a staff member for help ended up having to walk back downstairs to ask for assistance, then to find out most of what we wanted was online,asked staff about slippers we'd seen advertised to be told "if they have them they'd be in baskets at end of aisles around the shop and we'd just have to check all baskets". NOT VERY HELPFUL. Will NOT be shopping there again, or any other branch ,very disappointing and a wasted journey,waste of petrol,

   Good selection and great staff very helpful. Suggested they ought to have fixed tablets for customers to browse online catalogue and order. Mobile is ok but the screen is small. A 300mm tablet would be great. Other stores have this option I think this would greatly improve the shopping experience.

   Most of the Covid secure measures here have now been removed, although checkout screens remain. The store is well stocked and neatly organised. The staff are polite and helpful. The range, quality and affordability of the goods is impressive. The soft furnishings, cookware and ornaments are both tasteful and contemporary. There is a cafe here. The store is on two levels. There is a spacious elevator for those who need it. There is free car parking for customers.
