Bed was damaged and they won’t give refund, strongly advise against using these lot. Better paying more somewhere else
Broken bed upon unpacking! Wont be paying a single penny towards this bed until we have a replacent! £300 is a lot of money and the quality is shocking
Beds are fairly low quality. Company is DREADFUL to deal with. Delivery drivers put a dent in my new build bedroom wall (but didn’t tell me at the time). Half of my king size divan was missing and it took another week for it to be delivered. After numerous calls to customer service they stopped answering our calls and didn’t reply to emails. Headboard screws are faulty and now not screwing in only 3 months after purchase. If you put a comment on their Facebook page, you will be barred from the site! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Almost didn't order as I thought offer was too good to be true. I ordered bed headboard and mattress Sunday afternoon delivered tues delivered at the time they said. Quality exceptional and delivered by a very polite lad superb customer service 2nd to none wont hesitate recommending this company to anyone
