I’m not Happy at all with the results I didn’t expect them to mess up my hair that bad this is not even what I wanted. I believe that they are not professional people at the Salon
Staff always friendly have been going there for a long time they do a good hair cut I went to make a appointment for a cut but as she wasn't busy she cut it there and then
I got my hair cut but done it too short and not what I asked for
I was given the WORST haircut of my life!! A woman called Katie cut my hair this time (I have come here previously and was seen by Tracey who did a great job).I was given a haircut completely not what I asked for even though I showed reference photos (literally only wanted a simple trim). She cut parts of my hair at the side so short now its going to take a whole year for it to get back to normal again. She was so rough on my head and kept pulling my ear piercing which I have never had any issues with before as it is only small. At the end of the haircut she made me pay more because my hair was "hard to work with" even though I always thought I have incredibly easy hair to cut (I had to do it a couple of times myself/ with friends in lockdown). I went home and had to wash my hair instantly because of all the disgusting product that she put in my hair and then when I dried it, it was so completely uneven that I had to try and cut it myself after anyway (random pieces of my hair that were about an inch longer than the rest?? ). THIS PLACE IS CHEAP FOR A REASON, DO NOT COME HERE!
Brilliant staff. Had a cut and blow from Kellie. She did exactly what I wanted, really happy with it. Nice friendly atmosphere, will be back again.
Lovely hairdresser and staff. Elaine was great. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely go back to them.
