Trustworthy and very reasonably priced! My car was dropped off at this garage by the RAC. Engineers quickly diagnosed, ordered parts and fixed the suspension within 24 hours. They contacted us as soon as they had diagnosed what had caused the fault. The staff are very competent and professional. I would highly recommend this garage to family and friends. Thank you Harry!
The two guys who work here are good at what they do. My car started having problems, so I looked for somewhere local and found Northwood auto services. The first time, I've used them and will use them again. They were spot on with finding out the problem and fixing. Great value for money. Quick to fit me in their busy garage so I wasn't waiting long. Gary and Harry were helpful and sorted the problem . I will be recommending them to family and friends. Great job guys.
It use to be good but not reliable anymore. They did not ordered the parts for my car, they let me bring the car in for repairs just to find excuses in the end to cover their mistake. I found the parts myself and had it fixed in a few hours.
Excellent garage, really good work and very honest. Just a bit of a pain that they don't accept any form of card. Needed to make special journey to get cash from machine, and because max I could take was £250 I ended up needing to draw from two accounts to cover the bill. Hence the lost star. If they had card payment it would be hands down 5 star.
My wife had a booking for an MOT for 10.45am but unfortunately was approx. 7 minutes late. When she arrived she was met by an extremely rude tall individual who exclaimed “your late “ so we cannot proceed. My wife explained that she was only a little bit late but he was adamant that he would not take the car in for the MOT. After challenging him he said she could leave the car but it would not be done until approx. 1.30pm. My wife declined the offer and told him she would go elsewhere. She has used this business in the past without any problems but will not be using them in the future. I would suggest customers are treated with some respect.
Very friendly staff, incredibly helpful. They are not looking to rip you off, they do what needs to be done not everything that could possibly need doing at some point. I've had all sorts of issues but they've been great with my cars over the last 5 years.
I've used this place for MOT tests, repairs and annual services for many years and several cars. Always efficient, reliable, timely and friendly. Prices do seem to have risen considerably in the last few years, since the business changed hands, but I've never had a breakdown since I started going there.
