   Best garage I’ve been too. Imran and his team are incredible and reliable. I first went to him to fix an emergent problem with my battery, and he was able to fit me in with such short notice and get my car back to me in less than a day. Additionally, he was able to advise and fix any other issues I had that ensured long term use of the car as well as my safety being said driver without ‘ripping me off’. As we all know, fixing a car can be expensive but prices are reasonable and affordable in comparison to other places I’ve been too in the past. Incredibly reassuring to receive such documentation of what they’ve done to the car and Imran has been so patient and trustworthy with telling me what he’s done to fix it, the initial problem and longevity of the work. 100% recommend this garage from anything simple such as fixing a bulb to repairing the whole car - wouldn’t go anywhere else!

2. Max Google ★☆☆☆☆

   Poor. Needed a specific Mercedes Benz service. I didn’t know what it was so I called them and was told I’m better off getting a full service which was fine. When I called to book it I SPECIFICALLY asked that they check my glow plugs as that was what Google said I needed on that particular service for my Mercedes. He said “no problem full service and I’ve written a note on the system to check glow plugs”. My glow plugs have just come on and need replacing. I called them, he denied ever having knowledge of me asking to check the glow plugs, and then actually accused me of “trying to pull a fast one” and insinuated I was a cheap skate trying it on. Will never use these again shambolic customer service.

   I used Ruislip Services Car Garage for the first time, and it has honestly been the best service I’ve ever had! They communicated with me all the way through, even sending me a video once they had serviced my car, which was so informative and helpful. They fixed my car with no issues, carried out the MOT and full service, and everything was done professionally. The service and communication were outstanding, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back.    Four stars for the service, it would have been 5, but the bolts fixing the wheels were damaged, and no one told me about it. That is a shame. It's impossible not don’t si that one. Very polite and helpful staff. If anyone needs a tire, I recommend this workshop, they will certainly help. We offer minor repairs, engine oil change, filters, and you can do an MOT so you have everything you need in one place.

   I booked in with Ruislip services for a timing chain issue. They were great at explaining the issue and what would need to be done. They gave me a quote and based on my own research, were very reasonable. I received video updates and they were always reachable on the phone if I had a question. They had my car back to me within three days and I am very happy with their work. Polite, Very Friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them again and would (have already) recommend them. Thank you again!

   Ruislip services undertook a clutch repair on my car. They were extremely professional, honest and very kind. They collected my vehicle from home, repaired it and delivered it back to me in around 4.5 hours. Super speedy service, reasonably priced and they also did not try to rip me off as a female driver which unfortunately some unreputable garages do. They even kept me updated about the repair and sent a video which was really useful. Exceptional service from Ruislip services. I was very very pleased and would use them again. Thanks so much guys

   Top guys! we broke down 40 miles away from our hotel, they recovered us and took us to our hotel with 2 young kids. Very helpful in getting our car fixed ASAP! We were only down for a few days for a holiday. Super grateful!
