   Subcontracted from AA, a mechanic got to me in 3 hours to tell me he can’t do anything which thanks I already knew. So instead he strands me out there in the middle of nowhere, doesn’t add any details to report of me needing a tow so nobody comes… I broke down at 7pm and have an expected pickup from the AA at 7:40am… the mechanic also set off my silent alarm in the van when fiddling so had to chat with police who turned up. How do you guys even get these contracts, you’re not worth the time!!!

   I can't thank the team at Motor Services Watford enough, they were out to me on a very cold night within an hour of reporting my breakdown, Nigel the operator was professional, courteous and an all round top bloke! Would recommend this company to anyone in an emergency situation! Many thanks again.
