Great garage, work is always of a high quality and I never feel like I'm being overcharged or work is being done that isn't needed. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely disgusting that I took my car to the garage today, my suspension had broke and a part had come off he gave me the part and said come back when ur ready to get it fixed! I took it to another garage that had told me it was unsafe to drive! Why did John not say this as I have 3 young children I had one with me and he did not tell me it was unsafe!!! He should be shut down he is over priced!!! Do not advise him!!!!!
Typical English Mechanic who will exaggerate the hours of labour needed for a job to be done, as many unfortunately aren’t car savvy they will fall victim to this. Whatever job you have in mind to be done times the hour by 2x and that will the be price you will be demanded to pay. Don’t bother asking the breakdown of why the job took the time to be done as you will be given no explanation and a threat of a police call. By no means will you receive a bad job, you’ll just receive a hilarious invoice to pay.
Hugely overpriced garage. I came in for a battery changed, which I was charged £320. They then charged me another £320 to replace the power lead as water had entered the place where the battery is located. They claimed they spent 2 hours draining the water and cleaning the rust and fitting the power lead which is an absolute joke. Complete lack of disregard for the costs they forced me to pay.
Wonderful friendly and efficient service - got us back on the road in less than an hour after emergency drive-in. Car started making terrible noise as we reached speed on M25 and Google maps led us to John's compact yard. They were kindness itself and so welcoming. Just wish I lived in Rickmansworth so I could go back there for the regular services
Such a lovely friendly garage. John fitted me in for my MOT on a Friday afternoon and got it back within an hour and a half. He also fixed my door for me free of charge when he noticed it was stiff to open. Lovely service and would highly recommend them.
Really helpful efficient garage. Great team who go out of their way to provide an honest, friendly service, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
I never write reviews but because of the great service and the garage being a literal life saver ! I booked in for one issue and they solved the two other outstanding issues with my car , both John and his colleague were lovely and very helpful and came across very genuine (as I have experienced car garages love to rip women customers off) Will definitely be using this garage with regards to my car for future reference. Thank you again !!
Excellent garage - best I've ever used. John and team are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to diagnosing your car. They've managed to fix wiring issues, transmissions issues that other garages I spoke to weren't interested in looking at. Thank you :)
