   My car was damaged in an accident and went in for repairs. It came back with more damage than it went in with as they curbed my alloys, didn't fix the original damage properly and were nearly a week late the car has had to be redone completely by another garage. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. Worst experience in garage history. Nightmare work and nightmare service

   We have used Fixauto many times in the past as they are our insurer's approved repairer. Experience with other branches has been excellent but Watford was appalling. The actual bodywork was good but the service was not. Promised delivery dates went by several times with no sign of them and no communication. "I will personally keep you in touch and make sure I call you" Oh yes? "I am sending my driver out right now, he should be with you in 30 mins" Oh yes? Totally lost confidence in what we were told and had to take the view, well we'll believe it when we see it. We were without our car for 8 weeks in total.
