   APR and owner David in particular, were absolutely outstanding. If Google allowed an extra star for service above and beyond, we would have given it. A much loved 3 year old, playing in our safe, walled side and small back garden, who loves to potter about aside looking at flowers and garden insects, wanted to polish our car. As no cloth was to hand, and the big people were inside the house, she found a piece of rough slate and with beautiful swirls, she 'polished' the black paintwork, the boot, all 4 offside panels and 2 nearside panels. The white primer now visible showed the swirls in all their artistic flair. Our subsequent attempts to restore the paintwork using high end products had little effect. After 6 months, we decided to get a respray. David quoted, but suggested that his team could try to polish out the deep scratches. I had no confidence he could make any improvement but he had two men work on the car for two days. When we collected the car, every scratch has gone, the car had been waxed and valetted, and the price? About 1/15th of the cost of the respray. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you David.

   As a customer of APR Cars Ltd, I must express my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated during my recent interaction with one of their staff members at their body shop. While I appreciate the quality of their repair services, my experience with one particular staff member left much to be desired. During the process of having my company car fixed, I was informed by the staff member that the replacement car provided had a small dent. Instead of promptly addressing the issue, he decided to hold me responsible and sought advice from someone else, prolonging the situation unnecessarily. It was perplexing why he would even suggest that I would walk off without settling everything first, as it goes without saying that any outstanding matters should be resolved before leaving. Furthermore, this staff member repeatedly made phone calls to someone, seemingly seeking further guidance on how to handle the situation. It was unprofessional and gave the impression that he lacked the authority or knowledge to make decisions independently. On the other hand, I appreciated the response of his colleague, who rightly pointed out that I couldn't simply be held responsible. In conclusion, while APR Cars Ltd may provide excellent repair services, my overall experience was spoil by the behavior and handling of one staff member at their body shop. I hope that APR Cars Ltd takes this feedback into consideration and addresses the need for improved customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve.

   I proceeded with APR to complete my car repairs following visits to several bodyshops and 1 bodyshop (who'd I'd agreed to proceed with) being declined by the insurance for providing an extortionate quotation. APR provided a quote accepted by the insurance and in addition I received a quotation for other private bodywork repairs required. APR booked the car and completed the repairs within the agreed timescales and I was pleased with the repairs. The repairs were unnoticeable. There was a costing discrepancy which Dave (owner) promptly looked into and resolved. Additionally, the backplate for my registration number was missing however again Dave promptly resolved this by ordering in and accomodating me at short notice to return for it to be fitted. Dave's communication is clear and prompt. The service and results 5* from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

   I took my car to APR Repairs after it got hit. The team are really friendly and professional. My car looks brand new now and the team cleaned the car both inside and out which was lovely. I hope I don't need a repair doing again, but I would definitely go back to APR Cars again. Thank you :-)
