   The drivers arrive on time, if you book your cab in advance of the time you need them, also I booked one for my son in urgency & they arrived very quickly to that too. The drivers are respectful & I have found the cars very clean, which is always good. The only issue I have is the prices, they have jumped up quite a bit, but then so has everything I suppose.

   Do not rely on the app! I made a taxi booking through it the day before, then went to check it 5 minutes before my booking. No car had been assigned - it is a glorified Uber type system and you are just stuck waiting until someone takes it (last minute). When I rang the company they said I would have to wait another 15 minutes, as they had experienced "unexpected demand". This is exactly what I had hoped to avoid by actually making a proper booking. This left me stranded on a muddy country road in the rain in high heels. In the end I have had to put on trainers and walk 10 minutes to get an Uber. I feel extremely let down.

   Driver arrived on time. He drove very carefully to destination on time. However the driver for my return journey did not arrive and I had to cancel my booking and late at night I had to arrange another taxi. Please kindly ensure you do not accept bookings unless you can guarantee on time pickup.
