Absolutely shocking, I've had my nice here for over 2 months now and they have given me less than 50 a wk for her needs and food ect,Absolutely disgusting, they said she can go back in care while ther she will get what she needs ,ther she didn't attend school, was always in trouble ,and did as she wanted,not only has her behaviour improved, she does as I ask always and has been doing amazing in school with regular calls to say how good she's doin and her work has been on occasions outstanding, today when I rang to ask once agin for this weeks payment as I said from the start I can do but with financial help ,the duty manager informed me ide have to go to a food bank as ther was no pety cash discusting, I've never been so embarrassed in all my life ,I've use all my savings for Xmas on bills ,shopping ,clothes for my nice, school money ect as like I said I've had less than 50 a week when realy I should be on 177 a wk for her ,not only have I used money I don't have ,they have left her sleeping on the floor for over 2 months as the single bed is 2 small for my daughter and my nice, discusted as I want to keep her out of care home and with family ,they have already said how well she's doin here and she listens and has rules and boundaries for the 1st time in 6 yrs,,I have no idea wer to go with this ,I can't do it on my own financially an I can't cary on like this having nothing and my 2 girls missing out on things because I don't have the money ,wer as bfr I did ,ime absolutely gutted that ther takin the choice away from me having my nice with us ,I can't do it financially it's impossible, yet they want her to stay with me DENTON SOCIAL SERVICES IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND THER LEAVING CHILDREN WITH NOTHING AND SUGGESTING FOOD BANKS

This place is an absolute joke! The most unprofessional organisation I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They’re supposed to be there for the good of the child, yet they’ve made it worse for me by not investigating things properly, failing not only me, but more importantly, my child who they are there to protect. They lost my case file because they wiped a laptop of an employee who moved to a different department. They don’t update you with what’s going and very unprofessional.

Absolute joke of a service that keep children at risk without a care in the world. Never get hold of the person you need to and get passed through to people that have no idea of what's going on. Staff don't care about anyone. No ones willing to work there for longer than 6 months. I’ve had 38 different workers this is absolute disgraceful ! You can't even get hold of a social worker. You can ring 5 days in a row and still not be able 2 get through,& when you do all they say is , I don’t know ? Really! When u do get a scoial worker they don’t bother to read your case notes taking you 100 steps backwards , passing you on to the next one who won't even take the time to read the case . Plus they have very bad attitudes! They are a joke they FAILED OFFSTEAD INSPECTION, They do have a great reception Liam but that’s about it Sadly! Make sure if you contact them do it by Email so you will always have it as proof that your trying constantly to contact them. They don’t care about the kids I have had to threaten them too go too the papers to even get a response & that took 3 months ! I’d give them No Stars if that was an option!

Some workers can be nice but need to learn how to treat kids but it clearly doesn’t matter to them if they end up crying or they aren’t happy because first of all it takes forever to make an appointment then u have to actually worry if there gonna turn up or not to ur meeting/appointment
