   After suffering from an ongoing gearbox issue with our much loved Audi Q5, we were beginning to think that we may need to replace the car. A number of local garages had been unable to correctly diagnose the problem however Renn have been fantastic in getting to the bottom of the issue and making the necessary repair quickly and for a very reasonable price, thank you so much!    Avoid Renn Auto – Very Unprofessional Service I went to Renn Auto on the recommendation of VRT Garage due to a coolant loss issue with my car. Luke, who initially seemed like a nice and helpful person, scanned my car and diagnosed the fault as the EGR cooler. I paid £120 for the scan. Based on their diagnosis, I had the EGR cooler replaced at my own trusted garage, spending over £700 — but the problem still remained. When I called back to discuss this with Renn Auto, I spoke with Kully Kaur, who simply said they are “not responsible.” I asked to speak with Luke and even emailed multiple times, but received no reply at all. A professional garage should at least say, “Bring the car back, we’ll recheck and try to find the issue.” Instead, they dismissed me completely. This shows a lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. In the end, I lost over £820, wasted time, and still have the same issue with my car. Very disappointing experience. Please avoid this garage – they do not stand behind their work or customers.

   Although Renn Automotive repair and maintain vehicles, the core product that they offer is customer service. It's simply refreshing to find a company that takes pride in their work completing all tasks to the highest standard possible. The reports presented as part of my work were detailed and through, containing photos where appropriate. I appreciate having both digital and hard copies of these. Communication is exceptional and returned at the time stated. I now have a trusted partner to maintain my pride and joy. Ultimately the team at Renn valued and respected my custom and fought to deliver on that. Price wise.. worth it !!!!

   Great service - full marks. I was fitted in for emergency diagnostics at short notice. Fault was located and repaired within the day and I was kept well informed by phone email and video throughout. Price was very fair.    I’ve use Renn automotive in the pass and was very pleased with the way conducted their service . When our car developed an electrical fault it was them I went to, they did 2 diagnostic test located the fault they then called me and informed me they also sent an email along with photos . They got the parts and we booked it in once they had been delivered to them . Result car fixed , no hassle very professional cannot fault them . Will definitely use then again and have already recommended them to a friend . Thank you Kelly and all at Renn
