   This was a painful experience took a month to get a water pump changed on an SQ7 then a further week for a glow plug. Got the vehicle back and it’s not running properly there is a boost issue that wasn’t there before I left them the vehicle. Very poor communication. They also charged an extortionate amount of money which I unfortunately paid to them. USELESS AVOID THE PAIN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

   I have only been to this garage for the first time recently, but have called for advice regarding other things. The people who work here are so lovely. I've always got my dad to sort out my car because the odd times I've got it done at a local garage, I KNOW I've been ripped off. I called a few other garages and compared prices in the area, and this garage was by far the most competitively priced. But price aside, they actually have great customer service and we're friendly and didn't talk down to me or patronise me (which I have had at other places). I would definitely would recommend, i would definitely contact them again as a first point of call, and I hope they don't change and stay just as they are. Because it's a scary world out there when you don't have a clue about cars....!!

   Only popped in to get my puncture sorted on a newish tyre. I had the kit but rather than jack the car up myself I was recommended this place by my neighbour. I called and was told I could come in 45 minutes which was a suitable time. Friendly staff and honest feedback and information from the guy who fixed the fault. My car was already booked elsewhere for its MOT otherwise I seriously would have considered coming back. Location is past the old GSK Stockley Park building but they gave directions. Reason for not 5 stars is that I didn't have a "major" fault or job done.

   Cannot recommend Sean and his team highly enough. We used Robbings to tow a van for us and It was so smooth, professional and great service in every way. Brian turned up on time and had the van jump started and away on his trailer in 5 minutes flat. He delivered it a sizable distance away with no issues at all. Very happy with Robbings motors and will be using in the future..
