   During the fitting of my tyres, there was little to no care taken, resulting in one of my alloy wheels being damaged I informed Blackcircles with pictures (taken before and after) but they have decided that this is somehow my problem and I am left to front the cost of having a wheel refurbished. There has been no accountability taken over this matter, despite seeking a second opinion from a 3rd party that specialises in alloy wheel refinishing and tyre fitting Blackcircles will not acknowledge any wrong doing

   So I came to the garage to get my new wheels and tires fitted. I had ordered the tires online and my nearest fitment option was love green garage. They were unaware that I had purchased new wheels which were a different size to the wheels on the car. I also completely forgot that the air pressure sensors inside the wheels would have to be moved to the new wheels. They also asked me of I wanted my old tyres put back onto my old wheels which of course I did. All of this created a fair amount of extra work for the guys at the garage. Regardless of this, they were very friendly, and double checked everything with me. They also didn't end up charging me any extra which they were fully entitled to do!

   Took 7 days to give me a quote for brakes and was more than double the tariff of other local businesses. Shop around first, don't make them your first stop. Poor service

   Used in the past and had been good. Went in for a cambelt and water pump change. Picked car up and it had increased fuel usage and struggled for power at the higher end, took it to ford for a check and they confirmed the cambelt was a tooth and a half out and was close to damaging the engine. Should've got my money back really as ended up paying ford to fix and redo the cambelt so basically paying twice for a cambelt change.

   Needed 2 rear tyres replaced and ordered through Black Circles to be fitted here. Great service rather than just swap the 2 rears they swapped the newer fronts to the back and put the new tyres on the front. Extra work for them a benefit to me and at no extra cost. Would recommend
