   My Mum had a problem with her car for over 3 years, taking it numerous garages without it ever being fixed properly. Fir tree garage got to the route of the problem and fixed it within a short space of time. She is an older lady and can’t tell you what a great experience it is to deal with professional, friendly and honest mechanics. 5 star from us. .

   Every visit I’ve had to Fir Tree Auto Centre has been genuinely pleasant, which isn’t a word I ever thought I’d associate with car maintenance. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Rita, the receptionist and heart of the front desk. She’s warm, extremely calm, and incredibly good at easing any anxiety you might have before calling over the team. It might sound small, but for someone who gets nervous about car issues, her kindness sets the tone. Over the past few visits, I’ve had my MOT done here along with a few other bits and bobs, and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Tom (owner/manager), Brett, and Callum. Each of them has been approachable and clear in their explanations. I’ve never once felt spoken down to, rushed, or left in the dark. They take real pride in their work, and it shows not only in how they treat customers, but in how they speak to each other, it’s a team that clearly works well together and respects one another. Turnaround time has always been swift, I’ve never had to wait long, and even if I did, I wouldn’t mind. There’s a charming little vintage shop nearby worth a wander. But honestly, the waiting area is clean and tidy, which says a lot about how they run things. You feel like your car is in capable, trustworthy hands from start to finish. And every time I drive away, my car genuinely feels happier, smoother, safer, just better looked after. In a world where garages can sometimes feel intimidating or impersonal, Fir Tree Auto Centre is a gem: honest and efficient. Whether you know your way around cars or have no clue where your bonnet release is, this is the kind of place where you’ll be treated with care and respect. Highly, highly recommend. (And tell Rita she’s a star when you go in.)

   Avoid avoid avoid. They tried charging my girlfriend £70 extra for her service. When she asked to see the invoice they then “realised” they had put something on twice. This additional cost was changing her windscreen wipers as they were “extremely worn out”. Little did they know I had changed them a month earlier. So disappointing as while she was picking up her car the mechanic was discussing his daughter learning to drive… I hope she doesn’t get the same sexist treatment from someone else.

   Tottaly rubbish. They damaged my car on top of not being able to fix it! I took my Jaguar in for a handbrake fault and when I came to collect it, discovered that they had damaged both mirrors and ripped off both my cars rear mud flapps. Also they had mannaged to break/dissconect my car horn. This is criminal damage!! Both brothers, Tom & dan (the chuckle brothers) fobbed me off with excuses. I should of taken my car to The Marx Brothers instead!! Avoid this place, stay away. I had to visit another garage to put right their errors at great expense. I have since contacted Hillingdon Trading standards.

   Do not Use them. Days of delays. Exaggerating minor issues to overcharge. A total Nasty rip-off. Why can't any garage to fair honest decent work? Have these people no integrity.

   I do MOT ....my car is in perfect condition as aways 2017 Benz ... But the mechanic use spanner and destroy settings of the rear axle of the car.... now all back side shaking and over 70 miles is difficult for control....the guy untied something on the rear side of the car.... Total disappointed.... don't use this people.... they destroyed the cars...stay away from them!!!! Fir tree Motors West Drayton are rubbish!!!
