   We booked three trips: LHR to Windsor; Windsor to London; and London to LHR. The first and last were very good. The second was a bit less so. The trip to the airport was very well done, taking only 35 minutes (at 7:00 am on December 24th), with a skillful driver avoiding breakdowns on the motorway. The service is not cheap, but avoiding luggage transfer via the underground and/or bus was worth the expense.

   Used London Heathrow Cars Boxing Day morning for a transfer for my son from an early morning flight from Hong Kong. The driver was delightful: pleasant, courteous, professional and communicated well . The 3 stars is because I agreed a price online with the company being well aware that it was Boxing Day based on the date of the booking! As soon as I had paid, I received an email requesting a further £55 because of the holiday date. The company knew it was Boxing Day when the transaction was agreed but put me in a position where I had no choice but to pay the additional charge; I was not confident had I cancelled that I would be refunded as I had not read the small print. Disappointing.

   We used London Heathrow Cars to get to our hotel and the service was so welcoming and gave us such peace of mind that we contacted them for the return trip also which was quite early in the morning. both trips the drivers were so personable, offering insight and good conversation, we will use them again for sure. The price was discounted on the second trip which was very welcomed also.

After a delay of nearly 24 hours from the airline, having the driver ready and waiting as soon as we got through security was very welcome and had a smooth trip to our destination.    This is what you call a good customer service. I have an odd terminal change at Heathrow, so decided to book a car after searching online with rubbish info. Called their number, the person gave me the best advise. They could have earned a few pounds from me, but sometimes its not all about money. thank you

   A more horrid car service has not existed. Constantly lied to on the phone about the whereabouts of the car. Over an hour and 15 minutes late to pick up our guests. Turns out they were dropping someone off another customer at terminal two at a later time and were expecting our guests to wait. This is dishonest and horrible business practice. We wanted to give them another chance as the last time we tried to use them we got cancelled on at the last minute but this company has just completely gone down hill. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

   Unfortunately my driver/car was late arriving and I had to wait in arrivals for 25 minutes before he collected me (London Heathrow Cars explained this was because of a change of driver). Not a major inconvenience but certainly irritating after a long day of travelling. I had paid for the Meet and Greet Service and asked for this to be refunded. London Heathrow Cars agreed to refund £9 of the £15 fee. The driver was very pleasant.

   Had a great experience with London Heathrow Cars. Originally booked online for taxis to LHR T5 and return from LGW. Due to flights being rearranged I called and was able to pretty much change the whole booking at short notice with no problem at all. Our taxi arrived at the due time and Ibrahim loaded our luggage carefully. He was a good and safe driver and we arrived ahead of the time we needed to be at LHR T2. This was great as it gave us extra time at this chaotic period for airports. When I went to tip Ibrahim, he said it wasn't necessary and that for me was all the more reason to ensure he took it. No hesitation to recommend.

   Fantastic service. Flight was two hours late landing but they tracked the flight and knew our late arrival time. Communication perfect every step of the way. Lovely clean car. wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.
