Having been using their service for years and as usual the communication is excellent in these times of flights being erratic. The drivers are impeccable and the car sanitizer clean. We were relaxed to know that this was a safe ride.
Bad experience. The wrong car type arrived, Imperial then tried to charge much more (waiting time) and when challenged admitted their mistake and eventually revised the cost. I booked a meet and greet, however the driver didn’t have the sign with him and was approached to confirm who he was picking up. For the total amount charged I would expect much better care, attention to detail and service. Will be avoiding this firm next time.
