We visited the Tesla showroom near Heathrow recently and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the team were welcoming, professional and genuinely keen to help β no pressure, just clear and honest information. A special mention goes to Augusto, who was outstanding throughout. He took the time to walk me through all the features, answered every question in detail and helped me compare different options without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. His knowledge of the cars and the whole Tesla ecosystem is impressive, and he explained everything in a very straightforward, practical way. The test drive was smooth and well-organised, and thanks to Augustoβs guidance and patience, I felt completely confident in the decision. In the end, we placed an order for a Tesla Model Y and left feeling excited and very well looked after. If youβre considering a Tesla, I can highly recommend this showroom β and especially Augusto β for a first-class, stress-free experience.

I recently took my Model 3 in for its major service, as it has now been five years since I first purchased the vehicle. Booking the appointment through the Tesla app was straightforward; however, itβs worth noting that many Tesla locations are sales-focused and do not handle servicing. This can be a bit confusing if youβre not familiar with the setup. Dropping off the car is simple; you leave it in the designated parking area and all communication thereafter takes place through the Tesla app. This system works well once you get used to it, but it may feel a bit unusual for anyone who isnβt particularly tech-savvy. Tesla UK also does not provide direct phone numbers for individual service centres, so becoming comfortable with the app is essential. As for the service itself, I was very impressed. Max, the technician, and Awais, the manager, kept me updated throughout the entire process, from cost estimates to progress reports. Their communication was prompt and clear, which made the experience smooth and reassuring. Awais even arranged for a car to pick me up from the local train station and provided a complimentary full car wash after the service; an excellent gesture that added a personal touch to the overall experience.

Excellent service. Called a few days beforehand to remind me; asked if I would need to stay and work on site (yes); shown to an office on arrival with wifi, hot drinks and snacks, able to work there all day undisturbed; kept updated in person; problem resolved. Very attentive and friendly staff, truly excellent.

I had an excellent experience at the Tesla Heathrow Service Centre. The whole team were friendly, professional and genuinely focused on helping. The technician who looked after my case kept me updated throughout, checked everything carefully and made sure the work was completed to a high standard. The service was efficient, organised and carried out with real care. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Excellent service. I had my car 12v battery & wiper blades replaced, the whole experience from start to finish was top notch. Staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and understanding. I remember in the past Tesla used to return the cars cleaned inside and out after each service ( or maybe I was just being lucky). not received this service today is not going to affect my 5 stars feedback, but would have been nice to see this being done.

Unfortunately for me the service at this centre was rather disappointing. Went for two jobs, my first ever at a Tesla service centre. The first one, ccs adapter, was cancelled due to Teslaβs phone lady incorrect information. Annoying but Fine. So I went for the second one, easy MCU recall. Not so: - new small scratches on dashboard and steering wheel. - new scratches on leather back seats and two semi-punctures. - large gap left open. - front left air vent BLOCKED. How difficult was to give the customerβs car in the same condition as received? I then had to book a second appointment in another SC to fix the gaps and air vent blocked.

5 visit to Tesla in a calendar year, this is by far the worst service centre I have been too, moved appointment to accommodate a loan car, arrived and was then left to wait for 30 minutes to be told no one was aware I needed a loan car. I would advise going to Guilford or Park Royal far better service.

Nice easy to find location but lacks enough display cars. A relatively hard sales driven place, it was more like lets book you car even before a test drive, an approach I do not find welcoming. Otherwise, no other complains.

Got the car back after a warranty issue (which took 3 visits after they kept delaying on parts!), the car was filthy. I had got it cleaned before I gave the car in. Anyway, I complained on the spot and had to wait an hour for them to clean the inside only.

Terrible experience during my recent visit (first). Took my car to have its tyre replaced, and we were left to wait for over 2 hours! I asked how long it would take and was told an additional 45 mins. When I expressed my concern they cam back to say it was a mistake and that they were done. The waiting room was ice cold without any hot drinks, and the seating area was limited too. Very poor experience and didnβt expect this from Tesla who aim to attract premium car customers.
