   Terrible experience with my MOT, my suspension arm needed doing they basically told me to move car on. RD wanted nearly £5000 to fix it. I took it to another mechanic who did all the work for less than a quarter of what I was asked for by RD. it sailed through the MOT with no advisories. Never again

   These Guys are excellent, having used a main dealer for the last 7years, (robbing gits) . I opted to go to Richard and his team, they replaced my cam belt , brake fluid and done a minor service. The car has not felt this good since it was new. I wholeheartedly recommend RD garages and I will be taking my other VW golf for the same job.

   This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have used RD garage services and I have always found them to be very professional and expert at what they claim to be i.e VW Audi specialist. With regards to pricing, they charge far less than the dealership and a lot less drama. Would always highly recommend them. If anyone reading this and looking or thinking of going to the dealership then don't, give Richard a call. Top man, always only too happy to help.

   Been taking my cars here for about 8 years, and have never been disappointed. Rich and his team have been equally excellent with my VWs and my old Audi. They take a no nonsense approach, and always keep you informed, letting you know if something needs doing, but also telling you if it can wait too. They have also helped me out at short notice, like when I could not open my fuel filler at the start of my 400 mile journey! When the turbo went on my recently purchased Scirocco, I had a 3rd party warranty from the seller that required loads of irritating paperwork, which Rich was happy to complete, and the claim was successful. Really would never have any concerns about taking my car here.

   I also was told this is a good place to go, to only find out that Richard is more interested in taking your money than providing you with accurate info on my arrival to discuss upgrades Richard was not friendly at all. Richard went as far as saying to his suppliers that I wanted warranty on the engine mapping and that he does not do Stage 2 upgrades anymore. but what I was told he said the supplier is that he can do it but he wont for me. Richard had made it personal with me for some reason which is not professional at all. I will say team that actually do the work are willing to answer question's and engage in conversation. I have since found a new garage, and they are fantastic they sit down and discuss what you want. they even checked my car with full heath check before doing any work to it. Basically there not just there to take your money, they care about the reputation of the garage. turns out what Richard was telling me and quoting me for is way over priced and things not needed. I would not recommend this garage if you care about your vehicles and want to keep them in great condition.
