Darius of BMA Car Repair is a wizard! Such a fantastic service from him and a fast professional job. I cannot recommend him enough. I had paid a mobile car valet company called The Smart Wash Ltd (based out of Southend) to valet my car - and for some reason they decided to steam clean the buttons and displays of the media and electronics console in my mini cooper! The resulting water damage this caused meant that none of the electronics worked anymore! (I would warn anyone off using The Smart Wash Ltd!) The valet company refused to compensate me even in part. Mini BMW quoted over £2500 to repair. Then to make it worse they said they no longer made the parts to rplace the water damaged head unit console I went to Darius at BMA Car Repairs and using his deep knowledge and experience with BMW/Mini cars he was able to repair everything at a fraction of the cost BMW wanted. Darius is highly professional, and very customer focussed. Understanding our need to get a quick fix before my son was to take the car away over the summer, Darius rearranged his schedule to fit us in quickly. Despite it being very complicated to work on the BMW electronics system, Darius had the specific BMW knowledge and re-programming tools required to deal with the computer system linked to the head unit. He did the repairs in one day. The car was returned fully working - no more water damage - computer programmed back in - and looking good as new Take your car to BMA Car Service knowing it will have the personal attention of the highly professional, BMW/mini trained and completely capable mechanic that is Darius. I called BMA and the proprietor said I could bring in my car at any time today, on arrival he left what he was doing to take a look at my stuck bonnet latch - he certainly knew what he was doing, after 10 minutes the problem was resolved - for which he refused to take payment.
