Really impressed! First time I’ve used Fordbridge Autocentre. Came out the same day, to diagnose the issue with my BMW, then had sorted within a couple of days. Very friendly, really helpful and a great service, right on my doorstep. I will definitely be using them again.
150% recommend! Martin & his team were very accommodating when booking in for full service and rear brakes. It meant I didn't have to cancel clients in order to get the car sorted. I contacted Fordbridge Autocentre on Thursday to sort my tyre with a nail in it. The team we so helpful and professional in sorting it. From the time of the call to temporally fixing it to allow me to get to and from work for the weekend. Martin then arranged to pick my car up and fit the tyre and pop my car back made it so easy. I would highly recommend Fordbridge Autocentre. They have looked after my car so well :)
Excellent job completed, Lisa was prompt on my original enquiry and very efficient. Martin collected my car on time, gave me some good advice and returned it the same evening after completing the required work. Without doubt, the best service I have had from a garage in many years. As someone who is disabled, having my car collected from my home and returned after the work was done makes a such a difference. Martin and Lisa were a delight to deal with, friendly, honest, helpful and accommodating.
