   Fantastic service and attention to detail! From start to finish, Jacob was super engaged and helpful. A real credit to the business. Clearly enjoys his job. I sent the 911 Turbo S for a service and full glow up. GT one didn't disappoint! Also, if you're like me and prefer individuals rather than corporate garages - then look no further.    I’m pleased with the quality of the work done on my car — the side mirror I supplied was carefully installed and painted. Don from the workshop explained the process thoroughly, which helped me understand the complexities behind what seemed like a small job. Ben and Mike from the service department were also very communicative and helpful throughout. However, I would have appreciated a quicker turnaround: the painting took nearly a week and a half, and installation required an additional half day. Also, while I received a quote over the phone and it was confirmed upon delivery, I wasn’t informed that VAT would be added at payment. Since I made it clear I was not acting as a business, it would have been more transparent to disclose the full cost upfront. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and the final result, but I hope these points can be improved for future customers.

   Fantastic customer service! Ben in the team was really helpful from start to finish. They repaired a dent in my boot and went out of their way to find the most cost-effective option for me. The work was done quickly and to a high standard with great communication. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. When you know nothing about cars it can be really difficult to find a business you can trust but I can highly recommend to anyone looking for great service, honesty and value!

   We bought a beautiful car from a "reputable" auction house who, unfortunately, had significantly misrepresented it. It broke down as I was driving it home, but luckily for me, the man who kindly helped push the car to a safe place knew GT One and recommended them. They kindly took the car in as a breakdown, assessed the car and guided me on priorities and also suggested several items that could wait - they really know their cars and took time to understand my priorities. Dealing with them (my main contact was Jacob, but the whole team were excellent) was a real pleasure - communication was excellent and the quality of work is superb. What began as a very disappointing day on collection of a classic Porsche has, thanks to GT One, turned into a happy and enjoyable experience. I collected the car last week and it now works perfectly and looks wonderful (as well as mechanical issues, the paintwork needed some attention). I can't recommend them highly enough and and I am very pleased they were recommended to me. Thank you, again, to Jacob and the GT One team.

   GT One have looked after my 911 Gen2 for the past 7 years. At all times they have carried out the work to a very high standard and I wouldn't consider goung anywhere else for servicing and maintenance. I am kept fully informed at all times by Ben and anything needed is discussed well in advance of the work being carried out. Their pricing is very competitive. All round excellence and would highly recommend GT One.

   I have used GT One for well over 10 years with my Boxster and now my 996 Turbo - the service is always excellent. They go the extra mile to resolve issues identified offering alternative tailor made solutions which are fully discussed.    I recently had the MOT done on my Porsche 997.2 by the service team (including a non scheduled mini service) and, as always, I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness of their work. GT ONE also provide comprehensive full visual check of the exterior and interior, a full mechanical examination, and a road test. Their report also included a detailed list of planned maintenance, giving me the comfort of knowing that my car is in good condition and that any necessary repairs or maintenance can be done in a timely manner. The service team was professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for their Porsche to be looked after.

   I have had a number of 911's and GT One have always looked after them. Good work at a reasonable price. The other big difference to main dealers is the customer service. No fancy waiting rooms rather really knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. I know which I prefer. These guys know Porsches inside out. Keep up the good work team.
