   This is a belated review as I just realised that I could have a google account without a google email address. Colin did some work on my Maserati back in September. It's enough to say that if you are looking for a tradesperson Colin is the type of person you hope to find. Very highly recommended.

   Colin did a fantastic job in replacing both my brake pads and discs which was done at a really reasonable price in comparison to other quotes I had been given. He was knowledgeable and kept me up to date whilst completing the job. It is excellent to have someone local who genuinely cares about their customers. I have booked in the car for some additional work because of the excellent service provided.

   I recently had my MOT done at Halfords and was given a few advisories. As someone who gets quite nervous about car issues, I decided to call Thorpe Garage for a second opinion. Colin was incredibly kind and took the time to go through each of the advisories highlighted by Halfords. He explained everything clearly and reassured me that there was nothing to worry about. I’ll definitely be taking my car to Thorpe Garage for my next MOT and will be seeking Colin’s expertise for any future car issues I may have.

He does a thorough inspection of the car, and gives me honest advice on what needs doing and what can be left for another time.    First time I met colin,i felt comfortable and knew my car was in good hands. Having been in the garage business myself and not able to do it myself, 73 years old,I needed someone I could trust. Carried out a lube service and wheels off,etc.and took it for an mot for me,even dropped me home and pick up as I'm just down the road. Felt I paid a fair price for all extras he did. I would definitely recommend Colin and will use him again to take care of a few other jobs he found. Thank you Colin

   I have to say that the service received was superb. I was provided with a quote for the work on my car and I was kept up to date all through the work being carried out with regular updates. The knowledge displayed by the owner was outstanding and he went through a number of solutions with me. The work was completed early, the car drives the best it has for a long time and it cost me less than expected. Superb service all round. You should definitely take your car here. :-)

   I took my recently purchased car to Colin for a safety check to see what condition my car was in. I only expected a quick check on the important things, but was surprised to see how thorough Colin performed the check, It was like a full service but without parts ( all wheels off for brakes, full under body check, full under bonnet check of all fluids and interior safety check) plus lots more. I was pleasantly surprised on how thorough and in depth the checks were and how professionally Colin carried out the check, I wish every garage was as professional and conscientious as Colin. If you want a good professional, conscientious and thorough service I would highly recommend Colin at Thorpe Garage
