   Ordered a cab from St Peter’s hospital to Egham, and told on the phone that the price would be £17. More than that would have meant taking the cheaper (£16.17) Uber. At the end the driver refused to accept payment of the agreed £17 and charged £19.50. This is dishonesty. The drive itself was reasonably smooth.
