My 2018 VW Tiguan was with Citygate VW in Ruislip for over three weeks after an issue with the EPC light. After a lot of back and forth with VW failing to establish a root cause I decided to recovery my vehicle from them and get it booked into Paice Motors. Within 24hrs they were able to diagnose and fully repair my vehicle replacing the timing belt, water pump and pulleys. Thankfully no further damage had been caused to the vehicle after a failed timing belt. A belt which VW stated needed changing at over 100k miles. The whole experience with Paice from the recommendation of a recovery truck through to them delivering my car back home to me fully repaired was an absolute pleasure. I would definitely recommend Paice Motors as a trustworthy and reliable garage who don’t charge the earth! To give you an idea VW wanted £1400 just diagnose. I paid just over half of that for a complete job at Paice. Thanks again for a great job done!!

Fixed a very tricky fuel leak problem, that hadn’t been seen or heard of before, for a reasonable price. We would definitely recommend them. We’ve also had three of our cars and a van serviced and MOTs for several years, as had my parents. Thank you to all the friendly, helpful, happy staff.
