   Do not go here they kept my car for weeks, every week saying it would be worked on the following week. Long story short they cut the soft top roof too short to cover the rear window obviously I wasn't happy with the standard of work carried out. Brian threatened to cut the whole roof off if I didn't pay up. After a few months of them having my car and waiting I just wanted my car back so did pay but regret not getting the police involved or courts.

   Managed to crack the back window of my Mazda MX5 MK1's roof on a frosty day (rookie error) and took it up to All Hoods for repair. Couldn't have asked for friendlier or more professional service. The replacement roof is a revelation - I feel like I'm driving a new car!

   Hood purchase and fitting, I paid over double what I was quoted that very same morning, no phone call to update on the extra work, shame really as I’m fairly happy with work and he seems to be very busy, I have 5 other hoods that need doing and won’t be returning. The extra pennies will run out, conducting business in an honest and fair manner is lifelong.

   Avoid. Was given a quote for a new hood (fitted) over phone, drove car to Romford, 70 miles, for 06:30. Was met by Bryan whose first words were, 'I hope you have brought plenty of money'. Then proceeded to take my keys and telling me lots more work needed doing which it doesn't. This would have doubled the original quote. Things started to get a bit heated as I thought I was being ripped off. Asked for my keys back and drove away. Since found a great company to do the work. Absolute pain in the backside!

   I would not recommend the services advertised by Brian or All hoods Ltd. In 2019 I needed a replacement hood material for my R52 cabriolet Mini one convertible. I drove over 300 miles to have the work completed. Following the works completion I have had repeated issues with the hood which include - •poor workmanship when fitting the hood which has ruined the aesthetics of my car • hood material not fit for purpose; when it rains the hood becomes saturated with water which causes damp •condensation and leaking issues, this impacts the inside of the car including causing electrical issues. • issues with upholstery due to poorly fitted hood After repeatedly trying to resolve the issue directly with Brian, he went out of his way to attempt to belittle and discredit me and not acknowledge my genuine issues caused by All hoods . As a result I took Brian to court, he was represented by a solicitor, I represented myself and was successful, I was awarded my money back as well as court fees. It took Brian two years to address my issue. This is the most unprofessional experience i have had as a consumer. If you want years of issues and to waste your money then these are the people for you. And just to add further insult, I requested a bacs refund by the court given specified date, Brian has conveniently informed me that he has sent me a cheque (not received as of yet) to prolong paying me in an attempt to annoy me. Fortunately I’ll be having the last laugh, as you are not above the law !

   repaired the seat for a chrysler 300 c. brought the seat in the morning at 4pm it was ready. they did very fast quality very good as new. good price unless someone wants for free.
