   Headline: Exceptional Service and Total Honesty "I had a major issue with my BMW misfiring on December 21st. With my usual garage already closed for Christmas, I spotted Car Therapy next door. The owner, Andy, was incredibly accommodating and told me to bring the car in immediately for a diagnostic. After recommending a spark plug change, Andy discovered that it was possible that one of the plugs hadn’t been changed previously in a service but claimed to have been. He sourced genuine BMW parts instantly and had me back on the road the same day! This is easily the best service I’ve ever received, transparent, fast, and professional. Car Therapy is now my go-to garage. What a service!" Thank you so much Andy.

   I moved mechanics to Cartherapy after hearing how great they were from a work colleague who has had a few issues with their car. Andy is amazing and so trustworthy. I had, had a bad experience with a garage my son bought a car from and Andy checked the car over free of charge and gave me a breakdown of what needed be fixed and when. His prices are ridiculously competitive and after he had fixed my son's car I knew I would use his garage for all of our cars. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met, he is so passionate about his work and I trust him completely. I would recommend this garage to anyone, they really fantastic.
