   Brake bleed and exhaust inspection. ~£190. Overpriced. General service rubbish in this experience with two promised calls that never happened. I specifically told them that I bought the car for £300 and I do my own work and it seems like they still tried to take me for a mug by saying the whole exhaust system needs replacing for hundreds of pounds when I fixed it myself with a £5 pot of Holts Gun Gum. Furthermore failed to give me a detailed breakdown of the exhaust inspection that I paid for... Now resorting to Halfords Autocentres down the road. National Tyres next door are also much more helpful.

   Helpful chap who assisted wielding new exhaust brackets to my exhaust due to an MOT failure and then MOTd it to save me the hassle of driving back over to Walton for a retest. Done extremely quickly, saved me £900 the garage was trying to charge me for a new exhaust and its still holding to this day (was done a few years ago before covid).

   Poor communication, failure to fix or identify. Brought my xar in to fix a few issues the main one was an overheating issue. After a week I called them to see how things were going and they were eager to point out that the parts they had ordered in for the handbrake hadn't turned up yet and it would be another 10 days. I had to push back and say I needed to collect by the end of the week. By the end of the week they claimed they had been unable to identify what was causing the overheating. Despite initially saying that a coolant flush would probably solve it, they never tried this. I honestly believe they thought it was too much effort to investigate and they were too busy. I was constantly chasing them for an update. No added extras but also failed to investigate the main issue after nearly 2 weeks and failed to keep me informed of what was going on. Sorry but I won't be using you again.
