   Had the most amazing service from the team at Miles. My car had been vandalised with graffiti and I was recommended to stop by and ask for some advice on the best options to fix. Sean and his team were outstanding and helped to solve the problem there and then. I really cannot express how grateful I was to come across such kind and honest people. 100% recommend Miles for any work you need doing on your car without being ripped off - it will be the first place I return to if ever needed again.

   I used my insurers preferred repairers in the past & I didn’t want to repeat that experience. Having used MBVS on a previous repair and being pleased with it I went back to them. Shaun and the team provided good communication, had systems that dealt directly with my insurer, gave clear explanations of what was needed including answering random questions and kept me updated throughout. I’m really happy with the service I received and the high quality finish to the repaired area, like new. When you already have the mild upset of needing to repair your car in the first place, it was good to have someone just sort it out. Thanks

   Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! Miles Better Vehicle Solutions made the whole process so easy, they collected and delivered the car, which was a huge help. After the initial job was booked in, I needed to add a few more things to the to-do list, and it was no problem at all. The results speak for themselves, the car looks brand new! You genuinely can’t even tell where the issues were. The workmanship is flawless. All of the team were so friendly, informative, and professional throughout.    I've just collected my Kia EV3 from Miles Better and I couldn't be happier with the results. I scraped it on a high kerb in a multi-storey car park a couple of weeks after I got it, damaging the rear alloy and the seal along the bottom of the driver's side. Miles Better were great through the entire process. They provided me with a very reasonable quote which included all the parts and labour costs. The repair took a couple of days and the end result is perfect - the car looks brand new again. I'm not planning on scratching the car again, but if I do I'll bring it back here :)

   These guys were recommended to us after we were rear-ended and we were trying to stop our car being written off. They provided wonderful advice and knowledge to help us make a decision on whether we could keep the car as a category-S write-off. In the end we did not use them as the car could not be saved. It is refreshing to deal with someone who, when giving advice, had the customer's best interest overruling their own personal financial interest. If we are in the same situation again, we will definitely use them again and recommend them when we can.

   Initially I didn't realise I could select my own repair center, my insurance company wanted to send me to some random place which looked very suspect. So glad I took a recommendation to use these guys, the team at Miles Better Vehicles went above and beyond, to ensure my prized RS4 was well looked after, with regular honest updates, easy hand over, great courtesy car. Its always as worry handing your car to a garage, but it came out like new. Thanks for a great job.

   This is the second time in about 4 yrs I have used miles. On this occasion I had an incident taking my wing mirror off, denting my drivers door and making my drivers window erratic in opening & closing back in mid July. There was a delay in completing the work when i was referred to Miles Better as there are supply chain issues and in turn back logs (industry wide-not exclusive to miles). The communication with miles has been great. Shaun, one of the company owners made contact with me via email within a day or two and i sent everything over for assesment and to get on there systems. They took my car in for a temp fix mid August so I could take my car on our family holiday abroad confident that my wing mirror was safe and secure (I'd gaffer taped it myself temporarily). This tied us over and meant it didn't look as broken which made feel happier that it was less of a target for further incident. At that point they could book me for my full repairs in October. Emma on reception was kind enough to secure me an automatic courtesy car as I was really worried about having to drive a manual after 3+ yrs out of one. The work was completed within a week and my car was ready to collect. When I dropped my car off I had a warning light that my key battery needed changing but I hadn't had the chance to do this before taking it in. When I got my car home I realised the warning hadn't come up so I emailed back and asked if someone had taken it upon themselves to change it. It was confirmed that the technician working on my car (I believe Javier) had clocked the warning and had a spare battery so changed it. That was incredibly kind and over and above I am very grateful. My car was even cleaned throughout upon collection. I can not fault Miles Better Vehicle Solutions. There service was second to none once again. In the nicest way possible, I hope not to need there services again, but if I should, I would not hesitate to go straight to them and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

   Thank you Miles for the awesome job you did on my Suzuki Swift Sport. You came recommended by friends and I can see why. Very happy with the job you did in repairing the rear of the car.
