After being hit in the back of my car which was not my fault, I was stressed and unsure what to do. I took my car to Canada Coach Works and Jamie was incredible. He immediately put me in contact with a company that helped me sort everything out the same day and within a day I had a hire car. A couple of days later, work had already started on the repairs. The whole team at Canada Coach Works were so kind, friendly, and professional they made what could have been a really stressful situation completely seamless. I’m so grateful Jamie referred me to the claims company, because I honestly wouldn’t have known where to start as this has never happened to me before. While they were repairing the accident damage, I also asked them to fix a dent and some scratches that I’d caused myself. Within two weeks, my car looked absolutely brand new you’d never know it had been in an accident at all! The entire process was smooth, quick, and hassle free. I reversed into a pole and dented the tailgate and my brother in law recommended I speak to Canada Coachworks. He said the do a lot of work on high end cars and would do a great job to take out the dent. They have a WhatsApp link so I sent some photos and went along to see them. They were friendly and professional and gave me a decent quote to fix the dent and agreed a date to drop my car off to them. I picked it up today and they have done a really great job. I cannot see any trace of the dent. They also gave me some tips on the actual colour of my car as it’s slightly unusual if I ever needed to buy a retouching paint pen - very helpful! Rob and Jamie are both very experienced and really enthusiastic about the work they do and clearly take pride in it and I’m happy to pass on my recommendation.

The photos show the before and after from our repair at the beginning of November. They took the car in as a last minute job late on the Tuesday evening and had it all done and back to me for collection on the Thursday ready for a trip to Blackpool the next day. Fantastic service throughout. They sorted the MOT for the insurance reinstatement and arranged for an alignment check due the where the damage was. Their total price was competitive with all others in the area. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend Canada Coachworks.
