Wife ordered me some tyres, No confirmation of delivery, had to contact them, was emailed on the day of delivery but not told who is delivering them or an estimated morning or afternoon, also asked once delivered to let them know!, Surely the couriers job Is to confirm delivery. Not happy at all.
This is such a disgusting company. They advertise 10% discount if you buy 2 or more tyres.! But u don’t get the discount then they say is not available on all tyres why don’t you Specify then!!!! Also I bought 2 tyres from them 10 days ago, trying to buy exact same tyres again x2 and they trying to charge different prices, much more expensive!!! Absolutely ridiculous and waste of time!!
Ordered tyres cancelled day before appointment. Scheduled another appointment, attended garage to be told no tyres, I was told to contact black circle call centre which is in India. No help at all so requested refund.
Iv previously used this company lots & have always been very happy. However we booked in for a replacement tyre on the Monday for a Thursday to be cancelled 30 minutes before fitting when we are ment to be going on holiday that night. Highly disappointed,lost a nights holiday. Won’t be using again as can’t afford to be let down last minute.
Terrible, bought what was labelled as Run Flats on their site - they came, they were fitted, got a puncture soon after and it went flat. RAC man says they aren't run flat, Bridgestone site says they aren't run flat, but Black Circles site said they were and thats why I bought them. Then they deny they have done anything wrong and dont help at all, just rude and put the blame back on customer even through their site is clearly wrong and mislabelling products. CROOKS and UNTRUSTWORTHY. If I could leave zero stars I would.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! They tried to fob us by not putting the correct tyres on our car even though we paid for special tyres, they put a cheaper version on the car. When we escalated it to the "complaints team" they just ghost you. It's been 2 weeks and we have still not had a resolve. They make you go through a 3rd party company who tell you someone will call you back yet they never do. There is no official number to contact blackcircles so you have to go through the 3rd party company who can't even tell you when someone will return a call, or even escalate the issue. It's honestly the most frustrating system. Please do not use this company!! If I could give them no stars I would
Excellent service, mobile tyre fitted two days early as I contacted the fitter and black circles customer service is always top notch. Go for the Taurus tyres which are exclusive to black circles as they are excellent value for money, very comfortable and grippy and the tyre design is really unique - there’s no other tyre that has the same treads. Yes it looks and feels lower quality than say Bridgestone but I’d rather have these than the more expensive and harder brushes tones any day. I don’t care about branding when it comes to these tyres.
Original booking through BlackCircles declined. Fitting centre could not be changed without additional fitting delays. Causing additional expenditure to pass the MOT, as I needed the car on the road. Second fitting booked for 9am not started until 11:30am. Told only 3 out of 4 tyres had been delivered by Black Circles. Hopefully there will be no more issues. Not impressed by Black Circles won't be using again. Will use my regular supplier & fitting center next time.
