   I’ve been coming to EPC Garage in Feltham since around 2015 (maybe even longer), and they have never failed to deliver top-tier service. This place runs on professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for their customers. A special shoutout to Zahid at reception — he is always incredibly helpful, easy to deal with, and brilliant at keeping me updated. My Porsche originally went in for a full service, and then a coolant leak from the hybrid battery popped up last minute. I emailed him the day before, fully expecting it to be an issue, but Zahid immediately told me not to worry and that he’d take care of everything. And he did — smoothly and professionally. I also want to mention Cyrus and Surinder, who are honestly the heart of the company. They make sure everything runs perfectly behind the scenes, and you can feel their experience and leadership the moment you walk in. The whole operation works because of the effort they put in, and it shows. What I love most is how easy and stress-free they make everything. Even though the garage is always extremely busy (which tells you how trusted they are), the staff still take their time to explain things properly, answer questions, and make sure you understand exactly what’s happening with your vehicle. No rushing, no upselling — just honest, professional work. Every member of the team I’ve dealt with has been polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that’s rare to find these days. EPC Garage has earned my trust for nearly a decade, and I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Highly recommended.

   My car has been in and out of this garage for 6 weeks now and they can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with it, instead they keep changing parts and charging me without actually finding out what the actual problem is with the car. Con artists right here!!! BEWARE
