Visited this place after I was almost ripped off by a mechanic in Teddington. They are the best and gave me a good service. Got my hub and sensor replaced for a good price. And above all, they were honest. God bless them
Great service. I had ordered my tyres through Black-circle a few days before, It's a small garage, so limited to grabbing a space as it's first come first served basis.. I parked in the 'Pay as you park', car park next door to the garage first, to confirm my order reference I had booked through Black-circle. You can park here for FREE for 30 mins in this Bethany Road car park. I walked into GB autos, Hareesh the manager showed me the new tyres. I handed my car key, and locking nut, and the staff took care of the rest.. popped across the road to grab a Costa coffee, ideally located. Came back to 4 x new tyres fitted, balanced and sealed. Great job. Friendly staff, and very polite.
5 Stars – Excellent Service! I recently took my car to GB Auto in Feltham to get a strange locking sound checked—it would only happen when driving over humps or uneven roads. The team quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty anti-roll bar. They replaced the part, and now the car runs smoothly with no more strange noises. The cost was very reasonable too. Great service, honest pricing, and fast turnaround. Highly recommend!

I've used GB for years now for several of my cars. The guys always look after me sometimes at short notice which can't be said for alot of places. They also offer one of the most competitive rates for tyres in the area.

I went to get my car repaired which has problem with the heating system. They charged me £250 and did nothing with the car. Furthermore, the car battery started going dead every morning. Really bad service and no value for money at all.
The jod they do cost expensive to customers. It seems like, they are there to rip ordinary customers. I had nail on my tyre, they got that fixed and charged my 10 quid for it and They changed the tyre with spare one which they charged another 10 pounds. They charged people according to customer's look. I don't know about other but I will really make sure to ask people not to go there.
Have used them multiple times for tyres / service / other bits. Honest, reliable and always very competitive prices. Ali (the chap who runs the place I think) is lovely too.
