Greatly appreciated excellent service, both in transport into London, and out again in the evening. Wonderful to see drivers waiting for us ahead of time, courteous and helpful in every way. Thank you Parker Cars - you helped to make our Christmas Day a very happy one.
I wanted to draw attention to anyone who is a user of this company quite how dangerous their drivers are. I was recently cycling in London near Ludgate Circus when I had to take evasive action to avoid a serious incident, along with the cyclist in front of me, when a car from Parker Car Services was driving towards us in the cycle lane. Having cycled in London for many years I've never witnessed driving as dangerous as this, and it is of course a traffic offence to drive in a cycle lane. I brought this issue to the attention of Parker Car Service via their feedback system but no reply was forthcoming. So I'm posting it here so others can see what their drivers get up to. Hopefully doing this might make their drivers think more carefully about the consequences of such dangeours driving. I for one wouldn't want to be a passenger in one of their vehicles where the driver was displaying such careless disregard for the law and for other road users.
I am not typically inclined to write negative reviews, but in this instance it is entirely warranted. Parker Cars demonstrated a complete lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. We booked their 16-seater vehicle for a surprise birthday gathering, yet it failed to arrive with no communication or explanation provided. Instead, smaller vehicles were dispatched, directly contradicting the purpose for which Parker Cars was booked. Although apologies and acceptances of blame were offered, there was no attempt to adjust the price, despite the fact that the service we paid a premium for was not delivered. The overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory, ruining the start of a long-term planned trip, and we found the company extremely unprofessional to deal with.
This is my second time using parker cars for an early morning trip to the airport. On both occasions, booking and communication have been entirely painless. The drivers were very punctual as well as being friendly and polite. The car was impeccably clean and comfortable - couldn't ask for more!
I had two bookings with Parker Car Service in busy London, in September and October of 2025. Each time the driver showed up early, assisted with loading golf clubs for me and my wife and drove us professionally to each golf course. Each return trip, driver was early, assisted and got us back to our flat in comfort and style. I could not recommend this service enough to people that want smooth, comfortable transportation to wherever they are going. 5 stars and will use again and again and again.
I've used Parker cars for business and social use for years now and keep coming back to them because of their reliability and good time keeping. Where these two things matter, then you need a company you really can rely on and Parker Cars just deliver! Classy, professional operation.

Fast and kind service. We were stranded on the airport (Gatwick), because we arrived with a terrible flight delay and at that time no trains were operative anymore. Therefore we needed a quick solution to get into London. Parker Car Services was quick to locate us a driver and guided us through the next steps (such as payment, where we would be picked up, the ETA, etc.). As we waited we came up with other questions and called the service again, to which they responded with polite service again. The driver was very kind and took care of us and our luggage in a professional manner. He made sure we arrived at our hotel’s doorstep safely and asked us kindly whether we were satisfied with everything. Should we ever require a car service again, we will definitely contact Parker Car Services again.
We booked Parker cars to take us to and from our wedding. They called a few hours before being picked up to confirm drop off locations etc, then about 10 minutes before being due to be picked up, we received a call from them saying that they can't take our booking anymore and cancelled. We were absolutely fuming and were left stranded before our wedding. What a way to ruin someones special day. Please don't waste your time using this company.
We booked Parker Car Service for a Heathrow Terminal 5 drop off and pick up a week later, for 5 of us plus luggage. Easy to book and very impressive service. Polite and friendly staff who text you when on their way. Very punctual and were in the terminal to meet us on arrival. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.
